All legal regulations stipulated in the 'TA Abfall' (Technical Rules for Waste) are fulfilled in our CP plants without exception

Decontamination. Cleaning. Neutralisation.
Chemical-physical treatment of aqueous waste

  • Contents from oil and petrol separators, grit chamber residue, sedimentation sludge, acids and alkalis – they all need to be treated with the greatest of care. We offer a reliable service ensuring that these often dangerous materials are handled in accordance with regulations and then process the aqueous organic and inorganic waste using chemical-physical methods.

Complex treatment processes

  • Our CP facilities are especially suitable for liquid waste with a high solid content. Without exception, they all comply with the legal regulations stipulated in the 'TA Abfall' (Technical Rules for Waste)

    • In order to separate the harmful substances from the watery mixtures, we use highly complex, multi-stage procedures that decontaminate, clean and neutralise. As a result, we are able, for example, to separate oil from water. Our CP facilities, however, can also break down emulsions, contaminated sludge as well as solutions containing chromate or cyanide. Once the raw materials have been separated from one another and cleaned, they are then returned to production cycles.

    • Facilities with cutting-edge technology: Our facilities are also suitable for processing liquid waste with a high solid content

Range of substances processed

    • contents of oil and petrol separators
    • grit chamber residue
    • emulsions and other oil/water mixtures
    • sedimentation sludge
    • rinsing water with organic content
    • inorganic solutions containing metal salt
    • acids and alkalis
    • solutions containing chromate or cyanide

REFLOW – Facts & Figures

  • Input: aqueous organic and inorganic waste
  • Process(es): chemical-physical treatment (separation, neutralisation, decontamination and cleaning)
  • Output: sewage treatment plants, recycling, conditioning, hazardous waste landfill, underground hazardous waste storage facility, hazardous waste incineration
  • Special features: any residue generated is fed into the plant's own conditioning facility. The recovered water is so clean that it can be fed into the wastewater pipe network
